The most common shape is two moves. Venue access that changes the vehicle
Vehicle size in Brisbane is decided by the venue as much as the guest count. Tamborine Mountain's access roads and several hinterland cellar doors are limited to minibuses or mid-size coaches on tight driveways; a 57-seater that fits the guest list may not fit the venue. Inner-city churches in Spring Hill and Paddington often have no bus zone at all, so the set-down is a nearby side street and a two-minute walk. New Farm and Teneriffe streets are narrow with resident parking, which favours two 21-seaters over one large coach. We check the venue before we quote and tell you if the vehicle that fits the numbers will not fit the site.
Cross-river moves are the other Brisbane-specific factor. A ceremony north of the river and a reception south of it on a Saturday afternoon can mean the Story Bridge, the Captain Cook Bridge or the Go Between depending on time and events. Tolls on the Clem7, Legacy Way, Airport Link and the Gateway are itemised where the route uses them. Bridal-party minibuses are quoted by the hour with a minimum hire, because the photo stops are open-ended by nature.
Every vehicle comes with an accredited driver. For weddings finishing after midnight the driver's hours are managed under the national fatigue rules, so a very early start for the bridal party and a 1am final run may need a driver change; we tell you that at quote stage rather than on the day.

Spring and autumn Saturdays — September to November and March to May — are the peak, and they overlap with school formal season and the Ekka in August. We run 12- and 21-seat minibuses for bridal parties and small groups, 30- to 40-seat midi coaches, and 48- to 57-seat coaches for a full guest list. A 100-guest wedding is usually two 50-seaters running the same loop, which also gives you an early and a late return without stranding anyone.
Can the bus wait at the reception venue until the end of the night?
Yes, quoted as waiting time. For riverside venues with no coach parking the driver will usually reposition nearby and return for the agreed pick-up time, which costs the same and avoids blocking the set-down zone.
Do you go to Tamborine Mountain and Scenic Rim venues?
Yes. Both are regular wedding runs for us. The mountain access roads limit some venues to minibuses or mid-size coaches, so tell us the venue name when you enquire and we will confirm what fits.
Is alcohol allowed on the bus?
