Our Mining Transport Services

We run FIFO airport transfers, site and camp shuttles, shift changeover runs, shutdown and turnaround surge transport, contractor mobilisation, and inspection and stakeholder tours. Vehicles range from 11-seat Sprinters for small crews and supervisors through to 57-seat coaches for full shift movements, so you are not paying for empty seats on a light roster or splitting a crew across two vehicles on a heavy one.

Costed to Your Roster

Crew transport is a recurring line item, so we quote it as one — per run and per roster cycle, with the vehicle class, driver hours, standby time and repositioning all itemised.

Long-term roster contracts are priced separately from ad-hoc and surge work, so a shutdown does not reprice your standing runs.
Cancellation, standby and variation terms are set out in writing before the first run, so there are no disputed invoices at month end.

Pickup & Return

Every driver holds a current driver authorisation for passenger transport and works within regulated fatigue-management limits. Where a site requires additional inductions, medicals or PPE, we complete them before mobilisation rather than at the gate.

For rostered contracts the vehicle and driver stay allocated to your run for the duration of the cycle, so crews see the same bus and the same driver rather than a different operator each swing.
Pick up and return locations are decided prior to receiving your booking confirmation & those can change on-route if circumstances enable us to do so.d
