Can you run a shuttle loop for a multi-day conference at BCEC?
Yes. Multi-day loops between the conference hotels and the Convention Centre are standard work. We quote per day with the morning and evening windows and any standby period set out separately, and the same drivers stay on the job across the days where possible.
Do you invoice on account?
For approved corporate clients, yes. New clients are usually quoted on a deposit-and-balance basis for the first job and moved to account terms after that.
What about tolls on the Airport Link and Clem7?
Tolls are itemised on the quote for the route we plan to use. If a route change on the day adds a toll we absorb it; if you ask for a different route we adjust the line.
Can the driver wait during a site visit?
Yes, quoted as waiting time by the hour. For short visits it is usually cheaper to hold the vehicle than to release it and reposition later, and we will tell you which applies.
